Sin and Bone

For my new still life brief at college I got to choose my own object and I picked an apple. To fill up my workbook I thought I would do some scanography. I had the apples on the scanner with a poly pocket protecting the screen, I tried some self portraiture with it then realized that I still had bones from the ribs I had for dinner.

I thought it was a silly idea but when it came to editing everything just seemed to fit together! I've had a lot of darker works upload recently hope it hasn't put you off!
