First of all, I applause this illustration you conceived. Two terms define your image : originality and skill.

The blur runs the show in Winter Magic. It embellishes the frame and the result is just wordless. In addition, the blur brings a sort of burning visual effect. The diamonds emphasise that feeling because they increase the blur reflection on it.

On the other hand, the bottle transforms the show from something real to supernatural. For example, the image might be a good fantasy/fantastic book cover. Besides that, the diamonds force the image to stay real and less supernatural. The scene reveals two opposite ideas at the same time, therefore.

The blue brush at the top left is not necessary, but it adds something for the aesthetic.
