Tears

I've started college now and the theme I had chosen was "Converses" so I had to take a bunch of reference photos to sit in my sketch book. However, looking through them all this one caught my eye in particular so I decided to play about and I got this result.

I've just kinda recently moved to a new flat and it's not all done up yet so I thought the background was perfect for a grunge look. I wanted to get across the feeling for leaving things behind, though I'm not too sure if I managed to pull it off the way I hoped.

But what do you think? Would like some opinions as I may be doing a couple more converse photo's, thanks!
