I absolutely love this piece!!! The vibrant colors are perfect, the focal point isn't right in the middle, contrast is good, quality is perfect, and the whites in the magnifying glass are excellent. The only thing I would consider changing, is making the hand a little bit more in focus. I understand you didn't put it into focus to direct the viewer more towards the focal point but I think clarity in the hand would be great with the clarity in the leaves. The leaves are so crisp and full of detail so I'd like to see that more in the hand but other than that, I really love this photograph and what you did with it. Absolutely beautiful!!!
